Module leader workshops aim to help you make the most out of your Canvas course. We will focus on the the following areas:
- Course management (setting up my course, file uploads, syllabus, modules, home page)
- Communication with students (announcements, discussions, messaging, conferences, calendar)
- Assignments (file upload, Google Drive-based assignments, grading rubrics)
- Assessment and feedback (weighting of assessment component, SpeedGrader, correcting essays)
Having introduced Canvas for a couple of months, we also believe that some of you already have a couple of tricks to share with fellow faculty members.
