The Milestone Institute’s ‘arts@milestone’ initiative will be represented this year at Art Market Budapest with a stand showing the work of leading contemporary British artists. As part of an ‘East to East’ project in collaboration with the Fairhurst Gallery in Norwich, UK, the aim is to build an artistic bridge between the East of England and Eastern Europe.
Art Market Budapest established in 2011, is Central and Eastern Europe’s leading International Art Fair. It combines inspiring and exciting artistic content originating from emerging regions in and beyond Europe as well as the progressive new generation of artists of the already established West.
Exhibitors represent over 35 countries and an annually growing audience of over 30 thousand international visitors. This shows that there is a strong demand in the art world for this particular artistic platform which brings freshness to the European and global art scene.
The five artists who will be showing their work for the first time in Budapest are: Craig Wylie, Brüer Tidman, Thomas Lamprell, Nina Mae Fowler and Prue Campbell.
Art Market Budapest is at Millenaris from 12th -15th October, 2017. Save the date!
