Aaron graduated from St Cross College, Oxford, in 2015 with an MSc in Russian and East European Studies. His dissertation concerned the rise of radical right politics in Hungary. A native of England and Canada, Aaron is a longtime resident of Budapest, where he studied sociology at Corvinus University. Prior to his time at Corvinus Aaron had an impressive career as a photojournalist. While on assignment for publications such as The Guardian, Der Spiegel and Le Monde Aaron photographed public figures such as George W. Bush, Vladimir Putin, Mihail Gorbachev and Mick Jagger. Aaron is an avid traveler who has an affinity for indie films, scuba diving and vintage electonics.
