Lucie holds a law degree from her home country, the Czech Republic, and two law degrees from the United States (a master LL.M. in Comparative Law). She is licensed to practice in the state of Florida. She has worked in a international commercial law office as well as cooperated with the governmental institutions (Czech Brodcasting Council and Czech Ombudsman Office). Moreover, she has been teaching law and legal skills in Charles University, Prague and and Masaryk University, Brno and various international training workhops. She led a program focused on building and suporting legal clinics in the Central Europe, Ukraine and Russia. In her free time, Lucie enjoys traveling, meditation and flower arrangement art of Ikebana/Kado. She has lived in Budapest with her husband and two sons since 2001.
