Diomides Mavroyiannis

Module leader

Diomides studied finance in England and Economics in Scotland and France. He has taught courses ranging from Political Economy to Probability Theory to undergraduate and master’s students in Paris and Hungary. His research was on the economics of property rights and the ergodic theory applied to decision-making.

Diomides’s previous work experience includes working as a trainee in a patent law firm in Cyprus, as Chief Librarian in an academic French library, as an analyst in an investment firm in Beijing, and as a trainee for the European Council in Brussels. He worked as a consultant advising large multinationals such as T-Mobile and Tesla to provide public European funds. His current role is as a quantitative associate at Morgan Stanley in Budapest.
