After her studies as production and quality manager at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics, Eszter spent her career in the automotive industry, fulfilling project and operative manager roles, currently she is leading a department of research development at a German multinational company. She has multicultural experience as she has worked for Italian, Japanese, and German companies. In the past 20 years, she has explored all operative fields of engineering and business administration, starting from project management, controlling, supply chain to production and commerce. Currently she is working in the R&D software development field. She is managing the innovation process for driver assistant systems – ultrasonic and near range camera based assisted parking function development. She is a certified SCRUM master and business coach, and she is also a TED Circles ambassador.
