Fruzsina Morcz


Fru graduated in Aesthetics as well as Hungarian Language and Literature from ELTE and some years later she obtained a degree in Music Business Management from University of Westminster, London. She worked at Trafó House of Contemporary Arts, managed Hungarian bands, was a concert promoter and music export coordinator before launching the first Hungarian tertiary music business management course at Corvinus University of Budapest in 2011. She has been a teacher for thirteen years and has been passionate about learning and education since childhood. Fru is currently writing her doctoral dissertation on music management education comparing US and UK tertiary programs. In her research, she focuses on higher education, management studies and music management education. In 2023, she conducted research in New York, Los Angeles and Nashville among other places as a Fulbright Visiting Scholar. In her spare time she is particularly interested in spirituality and Hinduism and spends as much time with self-consciousness methods and in groups as possible.
