István Zoltán Reguly

István Reguly did his studies in Electronic and Computer Engineering at Pázmány Péter Catholic University, and was awarded his PhD in 2014 for his research into domain specific abstractions for high performance computing. After a postdoc at the University of Oxford, István returned to PPCU where his research focuses on enabling the productive use of high performance computing and artificial intelligence tools, especially for science and engineering use cases. He is also a founder of the biotech company Cytocast, where they develop cutting-edge computational tools for cellular modeling to revolutionize drug development and personalized medicine.
