Rosie studied History at the University of Oxford (Balliol College) and European Public Policy at Sciences Po, Paris. Before joining Milestone Institute, she worked, amongst others, at the OECD in Paris, the European association Energy Cities in Brussels, and the global executive search and consultancy firm Russell Reynolds in London. Rosie brings international expertise in a variety of education and digitalisation-related topics, with particular strengths in higher and adult education policy and digital teaching and learning. In her free time, Rosie enjoys learning languages, horse-riding, skiing, trekking in the Alps, and attending classical musical concerts and opera performances. Also, she likes cats.
