Vera holds a BSc degree in Neuroscience from the University of St Andrews and an MSc degree in Psychology from Erasmus University Rotterdam. Her master’s specialization was brain and cognition with a special focus on cognition in the digital age. Her interest in the education sector led her to dedicate her master’s thesis to investigating the impact of ChatGPT on written assignments. Additionally to her academic studies, she has worked in various research laboratories in the UK, the Netherlands and Hungary. In her free time, she likes playing board games and exploring new creative pursuits from pottery to writing and illustrating children’s books.
