Our mission is to educate the future thinkers and leaders who will meet the challenges of the 21st century and shape tomorrow’s Hungary. We believe that this requires leaders and communities that include people from all walks of life, from all backgrounds and experiences. To achieve our mission, we need to break through glass ceilings and create opportunities for all committed students, regardless of their background or financial situation, to receive an adequate education.<\/p>\n

As a non-profit organisation, we provide scholarships for our students partly from our own resources and partly from donations, so we welcome contributions of any amount.<\/p>\n
Donate by bank transfer: 12011351-01760927-00100007<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n Through our scholarship programme, Milestone Institute has provided more than 360 million HUF in financial support to our students since 2013.<\/p>\n All of our scholarships are needs-based, enabling young people to participate in our educational programmes who would otherwise not be able to study at our Institute, or would face great difficulties in doing so. Our students usually apply for Needs-based Scholarships, which offer partial tuition fee reductions, or also for Bridge Scholarships, which offer full tuition fee waivers – find out more about our scholarship scheme here.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n Alexandra Sipos<\/strong><\/p>\n Bridge Scholarship<\/p>\n Access Programme 2022-2023 and Junior Programme 2023-2024<\/p>\n \u201cThe Bridge scholarship allowed me to find my passion, social sciences, and engage in activities within this field. What I enjoy the most, is the ability to freely think and express my thoughts in the form of essays, presentations, and debates. Milestone, more specifically the passionate module leaders, and my mentor support me in every project I have in mind. All the mentoring sessions and modules contributed to my academic journey toward my dream university. The most important skill I developed at Milestone is critical thinking. I enjoy working on challenging materials and finding ways to form my opinion and express it.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n Bence Viktor T\u00f3th<\/strong><\/p>\n Bridge Scholarship<\/p>\n Junior Program 2025\/26<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019ve been studying at Milestone for three years now, and I\u2019ve gained so many new experiences. I\u2019ve learned how to write essays, conduct anthropological research, debate, and\u2014last but not least\u2014how to excel in international competitions. I\u2019ve met amazing people whom I\u2019m proud to call my friends. I also had the chance to try myself as a student leader and discovered my deep interest in political and social sciences. Overall, I can only speak positively about my time at Milestone, and I\u2019m truly happy to be a Bridge Scholarship recipient.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n Reesu Shrestha<\/strong><\/p>\n Needs-based Scholarship and Milestone Fellowship<\/p>\n Junior Program 2025\/26<\/p>\n \u201cMilestone felt like an odyssey to me \u2013 it pulled me out of my comfort zone and opened up a world full of opportunities. Looking back, I\u2019ve grown tremendously, but that also meant I had to let go of procrastination. (…) Socially, it had a big impact on me. Through the societies, I made friends who share my interests. The modules require a lot of time and effort, but it’s worth it \u2013 I get to study what truly excites me. (…) During the Sophomore Quest, my essay writing improved a lot, supported by my passion for literature. I also became more confident in public speaking \u2013 not overnight, but now I feel much more comfortable speaking up in class.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n Gerg\u0151 T\u00f3th-G\u00f6de<\/strong><\/p>\n Bridge Scholarship<\/p>\n Junior Programme 2022-2023 and Senior Programme 2023-2024<\/p>\n \u201cFrom Milestone, I gained everything that my traditional high school couldn\u2019t offer me. Here, I could study things that truly interested me, things that I otherwise wouldn\u2019t have had access to as a teenager. It opened so many new doors for me, introducing me not only to the world of universities abroad but also to countless competitions and challenges I would never have even heard of in high school. Moreover, it gave me a safe space, embodied both in the building itself and the community within it. I had a place I could go anytime, knowing I\u2019d be surrounded by like-minded people, people I could talk to about everyday little things or even the complex processes shaping the world at any given moment.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/p>\n It is very important for us to make our scholarship funding system sustainable in the long term. This is greatly aided by private donations from our dedicated parent community and other supporters who share our values, as well as by our long-standing partnerships with various organisations. We are particularly pleased that, in the second decade of our Institute’s existence, our alumni feel it is important to support our scholarship fund as part of their social responsibility.<\/p>\n We currently accept donations in the following ways:<\/p>\n In case of a bank transfer, please include the MS Scholarship Fund in the statement and notify us of the transfer by e-mail to finance@msinst.org – this will help us to thank you for your support and to track the funds.<\/p>\n Please kindly note that the Milestone Education Association is not yet a public benefit association, so the contribution cannot be used to reduce corporate tax or the tax base, and we cannot issue a certificate of support for this particular purpose.
