Fundamental to our Access Programme, launched in the academic year 2021-2022, is the strengthening of resilient and empowered personality traits, individual self-expression and group inclusive project work. The programme thus lays the foundations for the long-term development of participants and introduces them to the biggest challenges of the 21st century, providing a unique educational and community combines friends and adventure with education. Student life is a great way to meet new people, belong to a community of like-minded students and have fun. It is also extremely useful for learning new skills and for enhancing personal and academic development. id=\"section3\" class=\"row m-0 mst-bg-smokewhite\">\n<div class=\"col-12 col-lg-6 p-0\">\n<h1>STUDENTS OF THE ACCESS PROGRAMME<\/h1>\n<ul class=\"mst-list-ul\">\n<li class=\"py-1 pe-sm-4\">Together with students from the other programme years, they form the Milestone student community and are involved in student societies and student government.<\/li>\n<li class=\"py-1 pe-sm-4\">Successfully complete the academic year by attending at least 60% of the Journal Club events, at least 80% of the Supervision Group and Project Team events and by achieving at least 20 points on their final Progress Report.<\/li>\n<li class=\"py-1 pe-sm-4\">Always attend the Institute&#8217;s sessions in person.<\/li>\n<li class=\"py-1 pe-sm-4\">On average, spend 2-4 hours per week at the Milestone Institute in various study sessions and student life events.<\/li>\n<li class=\"py-1 pe-sm-4\">An average of 4-6 hours per week of individual preparation is required for study sessions.<\/li>\n<li class=\"py-1 pe-sm-4\">Can apply and be enrolled in the programme from any grade (grades 7-11)<\/li>\n<li class=\"py-1 pe-sm-4\">Participate in the programme for one year and, upon successful completion, are invited to a Core programme year appropriate to their age, maturity and academic progress.<\/li>\n<li class=\"py-1 pe-sm-4\">The allocation of study sessions is determined by the Programme Leader on the basis of pedagogical criteria, so that students of different ages, backgrounds and interests can be placed in the same group.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"col-12 The way an academic essay is structured using bibliography and references was completely new to me. No cliques formed and we did everything together. 20-25 people of different ages, who saw each other for the first time, became a team.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"rt-col-md-12 rt-col-sm-12 rt-col-xs-12 even-grid-item tss-grid-item slide-item swiper-slide even-grid-item default-margin\"><div class=\"single-item-wrapper\"><div class=\"tss-meta-info\"><\/div><h3 class=\"author-name\">Hanna B\u00edr\u00f3<\/h3><div class=\"item-content-wrapper\"><div class=\"item-content\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8220;The idea for the project occurred to me when I first saw a forest fire in Sardinia. I was so shocked that I had climate anxiety for quite some time afterwards. I imagined a series of lectures, from students to students, completely free of charge, to talk about economic, social and environmental issues.
