Can we resist a serious issue like oppression through silly internet memes? By addressing these (and more) questions, in this module, we will learn how power operates through popular culture and everyday practices.<br \/>\nIn addition to exploring these topics, the module aims to get students familiar with the skill of employing theory to analyze movies, video games, literature, art, and institutions.<br \/>\nThe module will touch upon not only numerous topics but also fields.
