After graduating in Communication and Media Science I decided to live abroad and take a gap year or two – this eventually turned into a decade-long experience. I worked at a children’s camp and on a cruise ship in the US, and as an au-pair in Italy. Then I have moved to Denmark where I first attended a højskole for a year, then I obtained a Master’s degree in European Studies. After living and working in the country for a couple of years I decided to get a CELTA certificate in Budapest and in a short while I found myself moving to Ecuador and teaching at an American-funded private institution. After moving back to Hungary I worked as an office manager and financial assistant at a market leader HR conference organiser company for about two years. After taking a short break, I handed in my application to Milestone Institute. I enjoy running and hiking. I aim to read at least one book every week. I love board games. My biggest recent hobby is genealogy and I can already trace back my family origins to present-day Hungary, Slovakia and Czechia back to the late 17th century – with hopefully more to come.
