Boglárka Fedorkó is a dedicated NGO professional with over 15 years of experience working across grassroots and international movements for gender equality, racial justice, and LGBTQ+ rights. With a background in economics and communications, she has contributed to both local and global efforts to advance social justice, including work with organizations such as TGEU, ILGA-Europe, Romaversitas, and Mama Cash. Her professional journey is rooted in her commitment to intersectional feminist organizing, having coordinated numerous advocacy, research, and community empowerment projects that foster collaboration and policy reform.
In addition to her work in human rights, she is passionate about fostering collaboration between grassroots movements and global stakeholders, ensuring marginalized communities have a meaningful voice in shaping global policy. Outside of her professional endeavors, she enjoys mentoring young people and emerging activists, as well as engaging with art that explores themes of social change.
