László Zala

Core Mentor

László earned his BA at Kenyon College in the USA, majoring in International Studies and minoring in Mandarin Chinese and Religious Studies. He has also studied at the Yunnan Nationalities University in Kunming, China, and conducted research in Gansu Province on East–West connections along the Silk Roads. He is currently completing his MA in Sinology at Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest where he researches decorative art collecting and aesthetics during late imperial China. In New York City, he previously worked as a registrar at Lark Mason Associates, an auction house that specializes in Chinese art and antiques.
