Module leader
Lukács Hayes is a Budapest-based urbanist and participatory expert. He holds a Sociology and Social Policy BA degree from Corvinus University of Budapest and and Political Science and Government MA degree from the Central European Univesity. Lukács is an alumni of Rajk College for Advanced Studies where he used to work as a Lecturer after graduation. In the past, he held a number of managerial roles in Momentum Mozgalom, a Hungarian opposition party, notably, managing to winning campaigns in Budapest and working as the Chief of Staff of one its MPs in the Hungarian Legislature. Lukács is the Co-Founder and Program Director of Katalizátor Program, a democratic learning program for youth in Hungary, and Co-Founder and Project Manager of Cooperative City, an urban research think-tank. Apart form teaching at Milestone, he is also a Visiting Lecturer at the Corvinus University of Budapest and serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at RÉV8 Zrt., the urban planning office of the Municipality of Józsefváros in Budapest.
