Miklós is a strategic operations executive with 20 years of experience driving technology initiatives and leading organizational processes. With a technical foundation in Computer Engineering, his strength lies in bridging the gap between digital systems and business teams. He spent the majority of his career in an agency environment, delivering over 200 projects across various roles as a senior developer, CTO, and Chief Operations Officer. Additionally, he spent over seven years at a regional tech training scale-up , starting as a mentor —where he helped more than 500 adults change their careers and become programmers — before rising to Country Manager responsible for full operations, team leadership, and P&L.
He excels at modernizing workflows , eliminating operational friction, and aligning cross-functional teams to successfully execute large-scale projects. Outside of his professional work, he is a father of two and a keen mountain biker.
