Mentor, English Seminar leader
For more than thirty years, Miklós has been helping young people use English not simply as a school subject, but as a natural tool for thinking and international communication. He holds a degree in English Language and Literature from ELTE, and has also studied in the United States, at Utrecht University in the Netherlands, and at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Throughout his career, he has taught at Hungarian and British secondary schools, universities, and international programmes, including in Germany and at ELTE’s Faculty of Economics. From 2008, he spent ten years living in the United Kingdom, and since 2019 he has been teaching on the University of Oxford’s English for Professional Purposes programme, where he is currently working towards Fellowship status. His experience means that he knows first-hand the linguistic and academic environment in which students and professionals operate at the world’s leading universities and international organisations.
