Zsófia Csepely

Mentor

Zsófi completed her higher education at Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest, where she trained as a teacher of mathematics and music. During her long-cycle teacher training programme, she gained valuable academic and professional experience through student research work, and she also spent an Erasmus semester at Université Paris-Est Créteil in Paris, studying mathematics. Her research focused on the ways board games can support the development of logical thinking and geometric intuition. She is especially interested in education, engaging approaches to teaching mathematics, and music. In her free time, she sings in a choir, enjoys spending time in nature, and likes doing sports. She especially loves cooking and baking, and one of her favourite ways to unwind is playing board games with friends.
